The video represents the journey of a person in one day seen through his /her “hands” perspective. This experiment was made in order to understand whether people use or do not use their tactile sense when passing through the ”outside “ urban environment. The result of the experiment was not surprising, as it showed the fact that people tend to stay as far as possible from the surrounding environment. The only case, in which people interact with what surrounds them, is when it is compulsory. E.g. opening a door, buying a ticket, talking to public telephone, pushing a button, using cash machines, sitting on a bench, etc. People pass as rapidly as possible and they do not stop at any moment to see, touch, feel or listen to the vibe of the city.
